Good book. Thought the book had familiar characters in it. Then it mentioned Ian Dare and I realized it was a spin-off series to another I had read by same author. I didn’t like this book as much as I did the other series but it was still good. I would recommend reading other series first to get a better understanding of some of the characters. This is Jason’s and Faith’s story.

A Read That Satisfies

Oh this book. It’s a little bit of insta-love. It’s a bit of slow burn and suspense. But most of all it’s a whole lot of heat. I binge read the Dare series last month and couldn’t wait for this book to hit my Kindle. Just so you know, you don’t have to read any of the books in any of the series to enjoy this story. Carly Phillips does a great job of introducing you to the characters and catching the reader up when needed. Jason Dare is a sexy as hell club owner in New York City who because of events in his past, has sworn off love and relationships. All he needs is his family and two best friends/business partners to feel complete. This all changes when he meets a certain sweet treat maker named Faith. Faith is a woman who has her own reasons to keep her distance from people and relationships. Jason can’t help but feel protective over Faith. There is something about her that has him opening up and reevaluating his life choices. This story was a quick read that satisfies everything I look for in a book. Was sad to turn the last page but loved every minute of it.

This book was soo good!! I loved the Dare series, and getting the last family members book was so exciting! Jason and Faith were great together. Their chemistry was fantastic, and even with each of them fighting battles of their past, they overcome. It was the perfect amount of drama thrown in, and I loved catching up with the Dare family. A great read I would highly recommend

Amazing story!

Seriously Carly Phillips gave me yet another Dare brother to fall in love with in Sexy Dare. Jason Dare is yummy and I loved him from the moment he appeared on the page. Jason Dare and his friends Tanner Grayson and Landon Bennett nightclub Club TEN29 is named in honor of their best friend Levi, who was Landon's twin brother. Jason and his partners are all broody men, and I loved seeing Jason be totally blown away when he stopped to help Faith Lancaster with a flat tire. His protective instincts went into overdrive from the moment he laid eyes on Faith. Faith is hiding in plain sight from her brother, who wants part of the money her mother left her, as he was cut off for being a drug addict. Jason immediately recognizes she needs both help and protection, but knows it has to be on her terms. I absolutely loved how strong Faith was and the fact she accepted help when she needed it. I loved the suspense aspect in this story and thought it played out well and with great pacing. The chemistry between Jason and Faith was there from the moment they first met. OMG I loved them so much together, even when Jason was all friends only...which of course he has no chance of keeping. Seriously Jason and Faith were so perfect together from the very beginning. Yes he was super broody at times and didn't want a future with anyone because past losses, but I just loved them together from the start. I have to say that Jason of all the Dare siblings was one of the toughest to let everything from his past go. I got so mad at him so many times for putting up walls to try and keep his heart protected from the one person who already loved him so much. I'm not saying after all his dad had done to their family, and the loss of his best friend Levi in college weren't reasons to protect himself. I just felt like he held on to the past so much so he almost missed out on an amazing future. Spending time with so many members of Jason's family made me super happy with this story as well. The Dare family, with the exception of Robert Dare, are some of my favorite characters every from Carly Phillips, and I loved seeing not only Jason's siblings, but some of his cousins as well. I had all the feels from reconnecting with so many of my favorite characters in this story! Sexy Dare was an amazing start to a new series from Carly Phillips. I'm already totally in love with this series and can't wait to see both Tanner and Landon each get their own stories. I highly recommend this book and series to romance book lovers! Another winner!

I really enjoyed this story of Jason and Faith, since I read it in one day. I liked that they didn’t keep things to themselves on the pretext of “protecting” the other person. That’s not saying that everything is laid right out there (like feelings, background) but their expectations of each other and their circumstances are pretty much up front. Until, of course, when feelings started to run deeper. Another winner from Ms Phillips, can’t wait for the rest of the series!

Carly does it AGAIN! (But that is no surprise!). I love how Carly really draw you in with just a couple pages and next thing you know, you’ve lost hours and have a new book boyfriend LOL. Jason Dare has had a tragedy happen to him and is friends. They start Club TEN29 in his honor. He doesn’t allow anyone too close. Faith is hiding from her brother. They meet when he helps her change a tire. The chemistry and fireworks are instantaneous. I love you get to see / hear from other Dare family members. This book has suspense, heat, laughs, some sadness but she always brings it to a perfect happy ever after. I love the sexy alpha protectiveness that happens. I love the Dare's and excited that we get to start the Sexy Series with Jason! I loved his background and the way this series spins off from the family we come to love. I have a feeling there is a lot of emotional feelings coming our way! Faith and Jason are a match made from the start. Their chemistry that started as a spark becomes an inferno. You will come to love and hate the way Jason beats around the bush. But then it happens. Jason puts his heart on the line and spills his secrets to Faith and it all falls into place. Acting on it is not in Faith’s plan and Jason realizes she is not a one night stand lady. Danger from Faith’s drug addict brother brings out Jason’s protective instincts. While he is protecting her they both realize there is something more to their connection. Jason’s past caused thick walls around his heart, at least he thinks it has. The love he shows for his family and close friends shoes how deeply he is able to feel and love. The right woman could change that, but Faith doesn’t think she is that woman. Strong characters, family both by blood and choice, along with the expected super hot scenes! Another enjoyable addition to the Dare series. Sexy meets firecracker

This is a great start to this series. I love the Dares and it was good to see Jason get his story. Faith is a firecracker and she keeps him on his toes and I love her for it. He told her a lot of his secrets, but I still think there are some he hasn't told her and I would like to see him completely open up. Were Faith's problems completely solved? Hard to tell. Yes, they are temporarily solved, but for how long? Maybe there's a sequel in the future. I'm looking forward to more stories in this series. I think they will somehow involve the Dares, but yet be removed with new characters. So that is a promising new twist.

Can’t get enough of the Dare family!

Can’t get enough of the Dare family! After his past involving both friends and family, Jason has remained pretty closed off in regards to feelings or getting close to anyone in a relationship. That all comes to a halt when he stumbles upon Faith, who’s delivery van has a flat tire. Reserved and essentially on the run and in hiding from her brother, Faith is untrusting of Jason and his motives, but eventually lets him help her. And as Faith’s safety keeps running out, Jason finally steps in, although a new friendship/relationship, to help protect her and keep her safe even though they’ve just met and barely know each other. As the pair get to know each other and Jason keeps her safe, the return of Jason’s father in addition to his previous feelings and reservations risk the budding relationship that he has built with Faith. I loved the suspense aspect within this storyline as well as the way Faith was able to get Jason to believe in love and relationships again. Per usual, I continue to love Carly’s storylines and her style of writing and I can’t wait for the next book in this series! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Jason was worth the wait!

This is book one in the Sexy series and it features Jason Dare and Faith Lancaster. He changed a flat tire for a stranger and then couldn’t get her out of his head. When he meets up with her again and realizes someone is deliberately trying to hurt her, he steps in to protect her. The chemistry was there from the start. I love how easy they fell into step with each other. Jason is just so stuck in the past and his own ideals that he doesn’t see what’s right in front of him. I love re-visiting so many of the Dare siblings. The thread with Savannah and Robert was shocking and unexpected! The high point with Colton was over too easy and way too fast. As big a deal as the whole Charlotte thread was made out to be, when it happened, it was over before you could blink and was disappointing. Despite these couple things, this was still a fabulous read and I can’t wait for the next book in this series.

I absolutely loved this book and couldn’t stop reading. I didn’t expect to cry but did several times. My heart ached for Jason Dare as he’s afraid to open up his heart to anyone else. But he’s instantly attracted to Faith and finds himself overly protective. Can he keep her safe? Loved staying on edge. Can she really leave him once she’s safe? Will he ever want kids? I really loved the ending and had some happy tears. I voluntarily read an advanced readers copy and I highly recommend this book.

I absolutely loved this book and it's sexy hero Jason Dare! This is a fantastic start to a new series that still includes a lot of characters we already know and love. We've certainly heard about Jason (Jase) but he is definitely now a favorite of mine for sure after getting to know him. He is totally swoonworthy. Gorgeous, protective and so tortured by his past that he doesn't think he can ever have what so many in his own family have come to find, real everlasting love. Jason and his his two best friends, Landon and Tanner own Club TEN29. The reason they chose this name is really special. Faith is the owner of Sweet Treats, a candy store, which makes Jason's nicknames for her that much more adorable. Faith is on the run, but from whom is what will shock you. A chance meeting with Jase, obvious chemistry and a quick connection and soon he decides she is his to protect. Only he doesn't think he can keep her once the danger is over. But can he? Loved their story from beginning to end! Can't wait for Tanner's book next!

This is a great read and new series, but with a Dare man. I love the dares and this book did not disappoint. Jason and Faith are a great couple that you can’t help but root for. They meet when he helps her change a tire. The chemistry and fireworks are instantaneous. I love you get to see / hear from other Dare family members. This book has suspense, heat, laughs, some sadness but she always brings it to a perfect happy ever after. I love the sexy alpha protectiveness that happens. Sexy meets firecracker

This is a great start to this series. I love the Dares and it was good to see Jason get his story. Faith is a firecracker and she keeps him on his toes and I love her for it. He told her a lot of his secrets, but I still think there are some he hasn't told her and I would like to see him completely open up. Were Faith's problems completely solved? Hard to tell. Yes, they are temporarily solved, but for how long? Maybe there's a sequel in the future. I'm looking forward to more stories in this series. I think they will somehow involve the Dares, but yet be removed with new characters. So that is a promising new twist.

Can’t get enough of the Dare family!

Can’t get enough of the Dare family! After his past involving both friends and family, Jason has remained pretty closed off in regards to feelings or getting close to anyone in a relationship. That all comes to a halt when he stumbles upon Faith, who’s delivery van has a flat tire. Reserved and essentially on the run and in hiding from her brother, Faith is untrusting of Jason and his motives, but eventually lets him help her. And as Faith’s safety keeps running out, Jason finally steps in, although a new friendship/relationship, to help protect her and keep her safe even though they’ve just met and barely know each other. As the pair get to know each other and Jason keeps her safe, the return of Jason’s father in addition to his previous feelings and reservations risk the budding relationship that he has built with Faith. I loved the suspense aspect within this storyline as well as the way Faith was able to get Jason to believe in love and relationships again. Per usual, I continue to love Carly’s storylines and her style of writing and I can’t wait for the next book in this series! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Jason was worth the wait!

This is book one in the Sexy series and it features Jason Dare and Faith Lancaster. He changed a flat tire for a stranger and then couldn’t get her out of his head. When he meets up with her again and realizes someone is deliberately trying to hurt her, he steps in to protect her. The chemistry was there from the start. I love how easy they fell into step with each other. Jason is just so stuck in the past and his own ideals that he doesn’t see what’s right in front of him. I love re-visiting so many of the Dare siblings. The thread with Savannah and Robert was shocking and unexpected! The high point with Colton was over too easy and way too fast. As big a deal as the whole Charlotte thread was made out to be, when it happened, it was over before you could blink and was disappointing. Despite these couple things, this was still a fabulous read and I can’t wait for the next book in this series.

I absolutely loved this book and couldn’t stop reading. I didn’t expect to cry but did several times. My heart ached for Jason Dare as he’s afraid to open up his heart to anyone else. But he’s instantly attracted to Faith and finds himself overly protective. Can he keep her safe? Loved staying on edge. Can she really leave him once she’s safe? Will he ever want kids? I absolutely loved this book and it's sexy hero Jason Dare! This is a fantastic start to a new series that still includes a lot of characters we already know and love. Good book. Thought the book had familiar characters in it. Then it mentioned Ian Dare and I realized it was a spin-off series to another I had read by same author. I didn’t like this book as much as I did the other series but it was still good. I would recommend reading other series first to get a better understanding of some of the characters. A Read That Satisfies

Oh this book. It’s a little bit of insta-love. It’s a bit of slow burn and suspense. But most of all it’s a whole lot of heat. I binge read the Dare series last month and couldn’t wait for this book to hit my Kindle. Just so you know, you don’t have to read any of the books in any of the series to enjoy this story. Carly Phillips does a great job of introducing you to the characters and catching the reader up when needed. Jason Dare is a sexy as hell club owner in New York City who because of events in his past, has sworn off love and relationships. All he needs is his family and two best friends/business partners to feel complete. This all changes when he meets a certain sweet treat maker named Faith. Faith is a woman who has her own reasons to keep her distance from people and relationships. Jason can’t help but feel protective over Faith. There is something about her that has him opening up and reevaluating his life choices. This story was a quick read that satisfies everything I look for in a book. Was sad to turn the last page but loved every minute of it.

This book was soo good!! I loved the Dare series, and getting the last family members book was so exciting! Jason and Faith were great together. Their chemistry was fantastic, and even with each of them fighting battles of their past, they overcome. It was the perfect amount of drama thrown in, and I loved catching up with the Dare family. Seriously Carly Phillips gave me yet another Dare brother to fall in love with in Sexy Dare. Jason Dare is yummy and I loved him from the moment he appeared on the page. Jason Dare and his friends Tanner Grayson and Landon Bennett nightclub Club TEN29 is named in honor of their best friend Levi, who was Landon's twin brother. Jason and his partners are all broody men, and I loved seeing Jason be totally blown away when he stopped to help Faith Lancaster with a flat tire. His protective instincts went into overdrive from the moment he laid eyes on Faith. Faith is hiding in plain sight from her brother, who wants part of the money her mother left her, as he was cut off for being a drug addict. Jason immediately recognizes she needs both help and protection, but knows it has to be on her terms. I absolutely loved how strong Faith was and the fact she accepted help when she needed it. I loved the suspense aspect in this story and thought it played out well and with great pacing. The chemistry between Jason and Faith was there from the moment they first met. OMG I loved them so much together, even when Jason was all friends only...which of course he has no chance of keeping. Seriously Jason and Faith were so perfect together from the very beginning. Yes he was super broody at times and didn't want a future with anyone because past losses, but I just loved them together from the start. I have to say that Jason of all the Dare siblings was one of the toughest to let everything from his past go. I got so mad at him so many times for putting up walls to try and keep his heart protected from the one person who already loved him so much. I'm not saying after all his dad had done to their family, and the loss of his best friend Levi in college weren't reasons to protect himself. I just felt like he held on to the past so much so he almost missed out on an amazing future. Spending time with so many members of Jason's family made me super happy with this story as well. The Dare family, with the exception of Robert Dare, are some of my favorite characters every from Carly Phillips, and I loved seeing not only Jason's siblings, but some of his cousins as well. I had all the feels from reconnecting with so many of my favorite characters in this story! Sexy Dare was an amazing start to a new series from Carly Phillips. I'm already totally in love with this series and can't wait to see both Tanner and Landon each get their own stories. I highly recommend this book and series to romance book lovers! Another winner!

I really enjoyed this story of Jason and Faith, since I read it in one day. I liked that they didn’t keep things to themselves on the pretext of “protecting” the other person. That’s not saying that everything is laid right out there (like feelings, background) but their expectations of each other and their circumstances are pretty much up front. Until, of course, when feelings started to run deeper. Another winner from Ms Phillips, can’t wait for the rest of the series!

A Read That Satisfies

Oh this book. It’s a little bit of insta-love. It’s a bit of slow burn and suspense. But most of all it’s a whole lot of heat. I binge read the Dare series last month and couldn’t wait for this book to hit my Kindle. Just so you know, you don’t have to read any of the books in any of the series to enjoy this story. Carly Phillips does a great job of introducing you to the characters and catching the reader up when needed. Jason Dare is a sexy as hell club owner in New York City who because of events in his past, has sworn off love and relationships. All he needs is his family and two best friends/business partners to feel complete. This all changes when he meets a certain sweet treat maker named Faith. Faith is a woman who has her own reasons to keep her distance from people and relationships. Jason can’t help but feel protective over Faith. There is something about her that has him opening up and reevaluating his life choices. This story was a quick read that satisfies everything I look for in a book. Was sad to turn the last page but loved every minute of it.

This book was soo good!! I loved the Dare series, and getting the last family members book was so exciting! Jason and Faith were great together. Their chemistry was fantastic, and even with each of them fighting battles of their past, they overcome. It was the perfect amount of drama thrown in, and I loved catching up with the Dare family. A great read I would highly recommend

Amazing story!

Seriously Carly Phillips gave me yet another Dare brother to fall in love with in Sexy Dare. Jason Dare is yummy and I loved him from the moment he appeared on the page. Jason Dare and his friends Tanner Grayson and Landon Bennett nightclub Club TEN29 is named in honor of their best friend Levi, who was Landon's twin brother. Jason and his partners are all broody men, and I loved seeing Jason be totally blown away when he stopped to help Faith Lancaster with a flat tire. His protective instincts went into overdrive from the moment he laid eyes on Faith. Faith is hiding in plain sight from her brother, who wants part of the money her mother left her, as he was cut off for being a drug addict. Jason immediately recognizes she needs both help and protection, but knows it has to be on her terms. I absolutely loved how strong Faith was and the fact she accepted help when she needed it. I loved the suspense aspect in this story and thought it played out well and with great pacing. The chemistry between Jason and Faith was there from the moment they first met. OMG I loved them so much together, even when Jason was all friends only...which of course he has no chance of keeping. Seriously Jason and Faith were so perfect together from the very beginning. Yes he was super broody at times and didn't want a future with anyone because past losses, but I just loved them together from the start. I have to say that Jason of all the Dare siblings was one of the toughest to let everything from his past go. I got so mad at him so many times for putting up walls to try and keep his heart protected from the one person who already loved him so much. I'm not saying after all his dad had done to their family, and the loss of his best friend Levi in college weren't reasons to protect himself. I just felt like he held on to the past so much so he almost missed out on an amazing future. Spending time with so many members of Jason's family made me super happy with this story as well. The Dare family, with the exception of Robert Dare, are some of my favorite characters every from Carly Phillips, and I loved seeing not only Jason's siblings, but some of his cousins as well. I had all the feels from reconnecting with so many of my favorite characters in this story! Sexy Dare was an amazing start to a new series from Carly Phillips. I'm already totally in love with this series and can't wait to see both Tanner and Landon each get their own stories. I highly recommend this book and series to romance book lovers! Another winner!

I really enjoyed this story of Jason and Faith, since I read it in one day. I liked that they didn’t keep things to themselves on the pretext of “protecting” the other person. That’s not saying that everything is laid right out there (like feelings, background) but their expectations of each other and their circumstances are pretty much up front. Until, of course, when feelings started to run deeper. Another winner from Ms Phillips, can’t wait for the rest of the series!

Carly does it AGAIN! (But that is no surprise!). I love how Carly really draw you in with just a couple pages and next thing you know, you’ve lost hours and have a new book boyfriend LOL. Jason Dare has had a tragedy happen to him and is friends. They start Club TEN29 in his honor. He doesn’t allow anyone too close. Faith is hiding from her brother. They meet when he helps her change a tire. The chemistry and fireworks are instantaneous. I love you get to see / hear from other Dare family members. This book has suspense, heat, laughs, some sadness but she always brings it to a perfect happy ever after. I love the sexy alpha protectiveness that happens. I love the Dare's and excited that we get to start the Sexy Series with Jason! I loved his background and the way this series spins off from the family we come to love. I have a feeling there is a lot of emotional feelings coming our way! Faith and Jason are a match made from the start. Their chemistry that started as a spark becomes an inferno. You will come to love and hate the way Jason beats around the bush. But then it happens. Jason puts his heart on the line and spills his secrets to Faith and it all falls into place. While he is protecting her they both realize there is something more to their connection. Jason’s past caused thick walls around his heart, at least he thinks it has. The love he shows for his family and close friends shoes how deeply he is able to feel and love. The right woman could change that, but Faith doesn’t think she is that woman. Strong characters, family both by blood and choice, along with the expected super hot scenes! Another enjoyable addition to the Dare series. Sexy meets firecracker

This is a great start to this series. I love the Dares and it was good to see Jason get his story. Faith is a firecracker and she keeps him on his toes and I love her for it. He told her a lot of his secrets, but I still think there are some he hasn't told her and I would like to see him completely open up. Were Faith's problems completely solved? Hard to tell. Yes, they are temporarily solved, but for how long? Maybe there's a sequel in the future. I'm looking forward to more stories in this series. I think they will somehow involve the Dares, but yet be removed with new characters. So that is a promising new twist.

Can’t get enough of the Dare family!

Can’t get enough of the Dare family! After his past involving both friends and family, Jason has remained pretty closed off in regards to feelings or getting close to anyone in a relationship. That all comes to a halt when he stumbles upon Faith, who’s delivery van has a flat tire. Reserved and essentially on the run and in hiding from her brother, Faith is untrusting of Jason and his motives, but eventually lets him help her. And as Faith’s safety keeps running out, Jason finally steps in, although a new friendship/relationship, to help protect her and keep her safe even though they’ve just met and barely know each other. As the pair get to know each other and Jason keeps her safe, the return of Jason’s father in addition to his previous feelings and reservations risk the budding relationship that he has built with Faith. I loved the suspense aspect within this storyline as well as the way Faith was able to get Jason to believe in love and relationships again. Per usual, I continue to love Carly’s storylines and her style of writing and I can’t wait for the next book in this series! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Jason was worth the wait!

This is book one in the Sexy series and it features Jason Dare and Faith Lancaster. He changed a flat tire for a stranger and then couldn’t get her out of his head. When he meets up with her again and realizes someone is deliberately trying to hurt her, he steps in to protect her. The chemistry was there from the start. I love how easy they fell into step with each other. Jason is just so stuck in the past and his own ideals that he doesn’t see what’s right in front of him. I love re-visiting so many of the Dare siblings. The thread with Savannah and Robert was shocking and unexpected! The high point with Colton was over too easy and way too fast. As big a deal as the whole Charlotte thread was made out to be, when it happened, it was over before you could blink and was disappointing. Despite these couple things, this was still a fabulous read and I can’t wait for the next book in this series.

I absolutely loved this book and couldn’t stop reading. I didn’t expect to cry but did several times. My heart ached for Jason Dare as he’s afraid to open up his heart to anyone else. But he’s instantly attracted to Faith and finds himself overly protective. Can he keep her safe? Loved staying on edge. Can she really leave him once she’s safe? Will he ever want kids? I really loved the ending and had some happy tears. I voluntarily read an advanced readers copy and I highly recommend this book.

I absolutely loved this book and it's sexy hero Jason Dare! This is a fantastic start to a new series that still includes a lot of characters we already know and love. We've certainly heard about Jason (Jase) but he is definitely now a favorite of mine for sure after getting to know him. He is totally swoonworthy. Gorgeous, protective and so tortured by his past that he doesn't think he can ever have what so many in his own family have come to find, real everlasting love. Jason and his his two best friends, Landon and Tanner own Club TEN29. The reason they chose this name is really special. Faith is the owner of Sweet Treats, a candy store, which makes Jason's nicknames for her that much more adorable. Faith is on the run, but from whom is what will shock you. A chance meeting with Jase, obvious chemistry and a quick connection and soon he decides she is his to protect. Only he doesn't think he can keep her once the danger is over. But can he? Loved their story from beginning to end! Can't wait for Tanner's book next!

This is a great read and new series, but with a Dare man. I love the dares and this book did not disappoint. Jason and Faith are a great couple that you can’t help but root for. Good book. Thought the book had familiar characters in it. Then it mentioned Ian Dare and I realized it was a spin-off series to another I had read by same author. I didn’t like this book as much as I did the other series but it was still good. I would recommend reading other series first to get a better understanding of some of the characters. This is Jason’s and Faith’s story.

Sexy meets firecracker

This is a great start to this series. I love the Dares and it was good to see Jason get his story. Faith is a firecracker and she keeps him on his toes and I love her for it. He told her a lot of his secrets, but I still think there are some he hasn't told her and I would like to see him completely open up. Were Faith's problems completely solved? Hard to tell. Yes, they are temporarily solved, but for how long? Maybe there's a sequel in the future. I'm looking forward to more stories in this series. I think they will somehow involve the Dares, but yet be removed with new characters. So that is a promising new twist.

Can’t get enough of the Dare family! After his past involving both friends and family, Jason has remained pretty closed off in regards to feelings or getting close to anyone in a relationship. That all comes to a halt when he stumbles upon Faith, who’s delivery van has a flat tire. Reserved and essentially on the run and in hiding from her brother, Faith is untrusting of Jason and his motives, but eventually lets him help her. And as Faith’s safety keeps running out, Jason finally steps in, although a new friendship/relationship, to help protect her and keep her safe even though they’ve just met and barely know each other. As the pair get to know each other and Jason keeps her safe, the return of Jason’s father in addition to his previous feelings and reservations risk the budding relationship that he has built with Faith. I loved the suspense aspect within this storyline as well as the way Faith was able to get Jason to believe in love and relationships again. Per usual, I continue to love Carly’s storylines and her style of writing and I can’t wait for the next book in this series! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

This is book one in the Sexy series and it features Jason Dare and Faith Lancaster. He changed a flat tire for a stranger and then couldn’t get her out of his head. When he meets up with her again and realizes someone is deliberately trying to hurt her, he steps in to protect her. The chemistry was there from the start. I love how easy they fell into step with each other. Jason is just so stuck in the past and his own ideals that he doesn’t see what’s right in front of him. I love re-visiting so many of the Dare siblings. The thread with Savannah and Robert was shocking and unexpected! The high point with Colton was over too easy and way too fast. As big a deal as the whole Charlotte thread was made out to be, when it happened, it was over before you could blink and was disappointing. Despite these couple things, this was still a fabulous read and I can’t wait for the next book in this series.

I absolutely loved this book and couldn’t stop reading. I didn’t expect to cry but did several times. My heart ached for Jason Dare as he’s afraid to open up his heart to anyone else. But he’s instantly attracted to Faith and finds himself overly protective. Can he keep her safe? Loved staying on edge. Can she really leave him once she’s safe? Will he ever want kids? I really loved the ending and had some happy tears. I voluntarily read an advanced readers copy and I highly recommend this book.

I absolutely loved this book and it's sexy hero Jason Dare! This is a fantastic start to a new series that still includes a lot of characters we already know and love. We've certainly heard about Jason (Jase) but he is definitely now a favorite of mine for sure after getting to know him. He is totally swoonworthy. Gorgeous, protective and so tortured by his past that he doesn't think he can ever have what so many in his own family have come to find, real everlasting love. Jason and his his two best friends, Landon and Tanner own Club TEN29. The reason they chose this name is really special. This is a great read and new series, but with a Dare man. I love the dares and this book did not disappoint. Jason and Faith are a great couple that you can’t help but root for. Good book. Thought the book had familiar characters in it. Then it mentioned Ian Dare and I realized it was a spin-off series to another I had read by same author. I didn’t like this book as much as I did the other series but it was still good. I would recommend reading other series first to get a better understanding of some of the characters. This is Jason’s and Faith’s story.

A Read That Satisfies

Oh this book. It’s a little bit of insta-love. It’s a bit of slow burn and suspense. But most of all it’s a whole lot of heat. I binge read the Dare series last month and couldn’t wait for this book to hit my Kindle. Just so you know, you don’t have to read any of the books in any of the series to enjoy this story. Carly Phillips does a great job of introducing you to the characters and catching the reader up when needed. Jason Dare is a sexy as hell club owner in New York City who because of events in his past, has sworn off love and relationships. All he needs is his family and two best friends/business partners to feel complete. This all changes when he meets a certain sweet treat maker named Faith. Faith is a woman who has her own reasons to keep her distance from people and relationships. Jason can’t help but feel protective over Faith. There is something about her that has him opening up and reevaluating his life choices. This story was a quick read that satisfies everything I look for in a book. Was sad to turn the last page but loved every minute of it.

This book was soo good!! I loved the Dare series, and getting the last family members book was so exciting! Jason and Faith were great together. Their chemistry was fantastic, and even with each of them fighting battles of their past, they overcome. It was the perfect amount of drama thrown in, and I loved catching up with the Dare family. A great read I would highly recommend

Amazing story!

Seriously Carly Phillips gave me yet another Dare brother to fall in love with in Sexy Dare. Jason Dare is yummy and I loved him from the moment he appeared on the page. Jason Dare and his friends Tanner Grayson and Landon Bennett nightclub Club TEN29 is named in honor of their best friend Levi, who was Landon's twin brother. Jason and his partners are all broody men, and I loved seeing Jason be totally blown away when he stopped to help Faith Lancaster with a flat tire. His protective instincts went into overdrive from the moment he laid eyes on Faith. Faith is hiding in plain sight from her brother, who wants part of the money her mother left her, as he was cut off for being a drug addict. Jason immediately recognizes she needs both help and protection, but knows it has to be on her terms. I absolutely loved how strong Faith was and the fact she accepted help when she needed it. I loved the suspense aspect in this story and thought it played out well and with great pacing. The chemistry between Jason and Faith was there from the moment they first met. OMG I loved them so much together, even when Jason was all friends only...which of course he has no chance of keeping. Seriously Jason and Faith were so perfect together from the very beginning. Yes he was super broody at times and didn't want a future with anyone because past losses, but I just loved them together from the start. I have to say that Jason of all the Dare siblings was one of the toughest to let everything from his past go. I got so mad at him so many times for putting up walls to try and keep his heart protected from the one person who already loved him so much. I'm not saying after all his dad had done to their family, and the loss of his best friend Levi in college weren't reasons to protect himself. I just felt like he held on to the past so much so he almost missed out on an amazing future. Spending time with so many members of Jason's family made me super happy with this story as well. The Dare family, with the exception of Robert Dare, are some of my favorite characters every from Carly Phillips, and I loved seeing not only Jason's siblings, but some of his cousins as well. I had all the feels from reconnecting with so many of my favorite characters in this story! Sexy Dare was an amazing start to a new series from Carly Phillips. I'm already totally in love with this series and can't wait to see both Tanner and Landon each get their own stories. I highly recommend this book and series to romance book lovers! Another winner!

I really enjoyed this story of Jason and Faith, since I read it in one day. I liked that they didn’t keep things to themselves on the pretext of “protecting” the other person. That’s not saying that everything is laid right out there (like feelings, background) but their expectations of each other and their circumstances are pretty much up front. Until, of course, when feelings started to run deeper. Another winner from Ms Phillips, can’t wait for the rest of the series!

Carly does it AGAIN! (But that is no surprise!). I love how Carly really draw you in with just a couple pages and next thing you know, you’ve lost hours and have a new book boyfriend LOL. Jason Dare has had a tragedy happen to him and is friends. They start Club TEN29 in his honor. He doesn’t allow anyone too close. Faith is hiding from her brother. They meet when he helps her change a tire. The chemistry and fireworks are instantaneous. I love you get to see / hear from other Dare family members. This book has suspense, heat, laughs, some sadness but she always brings it to a perfect happy ever after. I love the sexy alpha protectiveness that happens. A Read That Satisfies

Oh this book. It’s a little bit of insta-love. It’s a bit of slow burn and suspense. But most of all it’s a whole lot of heat. I binge read the Dare series last month and couldn’t wait for this book to hit my Kindle. Just so you know, you don’t have to read any of the books in any of the series to enjoy this story. Carly Phillips does a great job of introducing you to the characters and catching the reader up when needed. Jason Dare is a sexy as hell club owner in New York City who because of events in his past, has sworn off love and relationships. All he needs is his family and two best friends/business partners to feel complete. This all changes when he meets a certain sweet treat maker named Faith. Faith is a woman who has her own reasons to keep her distance from people and relationships. Jason can’t help but feel protective over Faith. There is something about her that has him opening up and reevaluating his life choices. This story was a quick read that satisfies everything I look for in a book. Was sad to turn the last page but loved every minute of it.

This book was soo good!! I loved the Dare series, and getting the last family members book was so exciting! Jason and Faith were great together. Their chemistry was fantastic, and even with each of them fighting battles of their past, they overcome. It was the perfect amount of drama thrown in, and I loved catching up with the Dare family. A great read I would highly recommend

Seriously Carly Phillips gave me yet another Dare brother to fall in love with in Sexy Dare. Jason Dare is yummy and I loved him from the moment he appeared on the page. Jason Dare and his friends Tanner Grayson and Landon Bennett nightclub Club TEN29 is named in honor of their best friend Levi, who was Landon's twin brother. Jason and his partners are all broody men, and I loved seeing Jason be totally blown away when he stopped to help Faith Lancaster with a flat tire. His protective instincts went into overdrive from the moment he laid eyes on Faith. Faith is hiding in plain sight from her brother, who wants part of the money her mother left her, as he was cut off for being a drug addict. Jason immediately recognizes she needs both help and protection, but knows it has to be on her terms. I absolutely loved how strong Faith was and the fact she accepted help when she needed it. I loved the suspense aspect in this story and thought it played out well and with great pacing. The chemistry between Jason and Faith was there from the moment they first met. OMG I loved them so much together, even when Jason was all friends only...which of course he has no chance of keeping. Seriously Jason and Faith were so perfect together from the very beginning. Yes he was super broody at times and didn't want a future with anyone because past losses, but I just loved them together from the start. I have to say that Jason of all the Dare siblings was one of the toughest to let everything from his past go. I got so mad at him so many times for putting up walls to try and keep his heart protected from the one person who already loved him so much. I'm not saying after all his dad had done to their family, and the loss of his best friend Levi in college weren't reasons to protect himself. I just felt like he held on to the past so much so he almost missed out on an amazing future. Spending time with so many members of Jason's family made me super happy with this story as well. The Dare family, with the exception of Robert Dare, are some of my favorite characters every from Carly Phillips, and I loved seeing not only Jason's siblings, but some of his cousins as well. I had all the feels from reconnecting with so many of my favorite characters in this story! Sexy Dare was an amazing start to a new series from Carly Phillips. I'm already totally in love with this series and can't wait to see both Tanner and Landon each get their own stories. I highly recommend this book and series to romance book lovers! Another winner!

I really enjoyed this story of Jason and Faith, since I read it in one day. I liked that they didn’t keep things to themselves on the pretext of “protecting” the other person. That’s not saying that everything is laid right out there (like feelings, background) but their expectations of each other and their circumstances are pretty much up front. Until, of course, when feelings started to run deeper. Another winner from Ms Phillips, can’t wait for the rest of the series!

Carly does it AGAIN! (But that is no surprise!). I love how Carly really draw you in with just a couple pages and next thing you know, you’ve lost hours and have a new book boyfriend LOL. Jason Dare has had a tragedy happen to him and is friends. They start Club TEN29 in his honor. He doesn’t allow anyone too close. Faith is hiding from her brother. They meet when he helps her change a tire. The chemistry and fireworks are instantaneous. I love you get to see / hear from other Dare family members. This book has suspense, heat, laughs, some sadness but she always brings it to a perfect happy ever after. I love the sexy alpha protectiveness that happens. I love the Dare's and excited that we get to start the Sexy Series with Jason! I loved his background and the way this series spins off from the family we come to love. Sexy meets firecracker

This is a great start to this series. I love the Dares and it was good to see Jason get his story. Faith is a firecracker and she keeps him on his toes and I love her for it. He told her a lot of his secrets, but I still think there are some he hasn't told her and I would like to see him completely open up. Were Faith's problems completely solved? Hard to tell. Yes, they are temporarily solved, but for how long? Maybe there's a sequel in the future. I'm looking forward to more stories in this series. I think they will somehow involve the Dares, but yet be removed with new characters. So that is a promising new twist.

Can’t get enough of the Dare family! After his past involving both friends and family, Jason has remained pretty closed off in regards to feelings or getting close to anyone in a relationship. That all comes to a halt when he stumbles upon Faith, who’s delivery van has a flat tire. Reserved and essentially on the run and in hiding from her brother, Faith is untrusting of Jason and his motives, but eventually lets him help her. And as Faith’s safety keeps running out, Jason finally steps in, although a new friendship/relationship, to help protect her and keep her safe even though they’ve just met and barely know each other. As the pair get to know each other and Jason keeps her safe, the return of Jason’s father in addition to his previous feelings and reservations risk the budding relationship that he has built with Faith. I loved the suspense aspect within this storyline as well as the way Faith was able to get Jason to believe in love and relationships again. Per usual, I continue to love Carly’s storylines and her style of writing and I can’t wait for the next book in this series! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Jason was worth the wait!

This is book one in the Sexy series and it features Jason Dare and Faith Lancaster. He changed a flat tire for a stranger and then couldn’t get her out of his head. When he meets up with her again and realizes someone is deliberately trying to hurt her, he steps in to protect her. The chemistry was there from the start. I love how easy they fell into step with each other. Jason is just so stuck in the past and his own ideals that he doesn’t see what’s right in front of him. I love re-visiting so many of the Dare siblings. The thread with Savannah and Robert was shocking and unexpected! The high point with Colton was over too easy and way too fast. As big a deal as the whole Charlotte thread was made out to be, when it happened, it was over before you could blink and was disappointing. Despite these couple things, this was still a fabulous read and I can’t wait for the next book in this series.

I absolutely loved this book and couldn’t stop reading. I didn’t expect to cry but did several times. My heart ached for Jason Dare as he’s afraid to open up his heart to anyone else. But he’s instantly attracted to Faith and finds himself overly protective. Can he keep her safe? Loved staying on edge. Can she really leave him once she’s safe? Will he ever want kids? I really loved the ending and had some happy tears. I voluntarily read an advanced readers copy and I highly recommend this book.

I absolutely loved this book and it's sexy hero Jason Dare! This is a fantastic start to a new series that still includes a lot of characters we already know and love. We've certainly heard about Jason (Jase) but he is definitely now a favorite of mine for sure after getting to know him. He is totally swoonworthy. Gorgeous, protective and so tortured by his past that he doesn't think he can ever have what so many in his own family have come to find, real everlasting love. Jason and his his two best friends, Landon and Tanner own Club TEN29. The reason they chose this name is really special. Faith is the owner of Sweet Treats, a candy store, which makes Jason's nicknames for her that much more adorable. Faith is on the run, but from whom is what will shock you. A chance meeting with Jase, obvious chemistry and a quick connection and soon he decides she is his to protect. Only he doesn't think he can keep her once the danger is over. But can he? Loved their story from beginning to end! Can't wait for Tanner's book next!

Good book. Thought the book had familiar characters in it. Then it mentioned Ian Dare and I realized it was a spin-off series to another I had read by same author. I didn’t like this book as much as I did the other series but it was still good. I would recommend reading other series first to get a better understanding of some of the characters. Jason was worth the wait!

This is book one in the Sexy series and it features Jason Dare and Faith Lancaster. He changed a flat tire for a stranger and then couldn’t get her out of his head. When he meets up with her again and realizes someone is deliberately trying to hurt her, he steps in to protect her. The chemistry was there from the start. I love how easy they fell into step with each other. Jason is just so stuck in the past and his own ideals that he doesn’t see what’s right in front of him. I love re-visiting so many of the Dare siblings. The thread with Savannah and Robert was shocking and unexpected! The high point with Colton was over too easy and way too fast. As big a deal as the whole Charlotte thread was made out to be, when it happened, it was over before you could blink and was disappointing. Despite these couple things, this was still a fabulous read and I can’t wait for the next book in this series.

I absolutely loved this book and couldn’t stop reading. I didn’t expect to cry but did several times. My heart ached for Jason Dare as he’s afraid to open up his heart to anyone else. But he’s instantly attracted to Faith and finds himself overly protective. Can he keep her safe? Loved staying on edge. Can she really leave him once she’s safe? Will he ever want kids? I really loved the ending and had some happy tears. I voluntarily read an advanced readers copy and I highly recommend this book.

I absolutely loved this book and it's sexy hero Jason Dare! This is a fantastic start to a new series that still includes a lot of characters we already know and love. We've certainly heard about Jason (Jase) but he is definitely now a favorite of mine for sure after getting to know him. He is totally swoonworthy. Gorgeous, protective and so tortured by his past that he doesn't think he can ever have what so many in his own family have come to find, real everlasting love. Jason and his his two best friends, Landon and Tanner own Club TEN29. The reason they chose this name is really special. Faith is the owner of Sweet Treats, a candy store, which makes Jason's nicknames for her that much more adorable. Faith is on the run, but from whom is what will shock you. A chance meeting with Jase, obvious chemistry and a quick connection and soon he decides she is his to protect. Only he doesn't think he can keep her once the danger is over. But can he? Loved their story from beginning to end! Can't wait for Tanner's book next!

This is a great read and new series, but with a Dare man. I love the dares and this book did not disappoint. Jason and Faith are a great couple that you can’t help but root for. Getting to see some of the dare family in these reads is always great. I can’t wait to read the next few books in this series because Carly Phillips never disappoints. This was pure sweetness.

Good book. Thought the book had familiar characters in it. Then it mentioned Ian Dare and I realized it was a spin-off series to another I had read by same author. I didn’t like this book as much as I did the other series but it was still good. I would recommend reading other series first to get a better understanding of some of the characters. This is Jason’s and Faith’s story.

A Read That Satisfies

Oh this book. It’s a little bit of insta-love. It’s a bit of slow burn and suspense. But most of all it’s a whole lot of heat. I binge read the Dare series last month and couldn’t wait for this book to hit my Kindle. Just so you know, you don’t have to read any of the books in any of the series to enjoy this story. Carly Phillips does a great job of introducing you to the characters and catching the reader up when needed. Jason Dare is a sexy as hell club owner in New York City who because of events in his past, has sworn off love and relationships. All he needs is his family and two best friends/business partners to feel complete. This all changes when he meets a certain sweet treat maker named Faith. Faith is a woman who has her own reasons to keep her distance from people and relationships. Jason can’t help but feel protective over Faith. There is something about her that has him opening up and reevaluating his life choices. This story was a quick read that satisfies everything I look for in a book. Was sad to turn the last page but loved every minute of it.

This book was soo good!! I loved the Dare series, and getting the last family members book was so exciting! Jason and Faith were great together. Their chemistry was fantastic, and even with each of them fighting battles of their past, they overcome. It was the perfect amount of drama thrown in, and I loved catching up with the Dare family. A great read I would highly recommend

Amazing story!

Seriously Carly Phillips gave me yet another Dare brother to fall in love with in Sexy Dare. Jason Dare is yummy and I loved him from the moment he appeared on the page. Jason Dare and his friends Tanner Grayson and Landon Bennett nightclub Club TEN29 is named in honor of their best friend Levi, who was Landon's twin brother. Jason and his partners are all broody men, and I loved seeing Jason be totally blown away when he stopped to help Faith Lancaster with a flat tire. His protective instincts went into overdrive from the moment he laid eyes on Faith. Faith is hiding in plain sight from her brother, who wants part of the money her mother left her, as he was cut off for being a drug addict. Jason immediately recognizes she needs both help and protection, but knows it has to be on her terms. I absolutely loved how strong Faith was and the fact she accepted help when she needed it. I loved the suspense aspect in this story and thought it played out well and with great pacing. The chemistry between Jason and Faith was there from the moment they first met. OMG I loved them so much together, even when Jason was all friends only...which of course he has no chance of keeping. Seriously Jason and Faith were so perfect together from the very beginning. Yes he was super broody at times and didn't want a future with anyone because past losses, but I just loved them together from the start. I have to say that Jason of all the Dare siblings was one of the toughest to let everything from his past go. I got so mad at him so many times for putting up walls to try and keep his heart protected from the one person who already loved him so much. I'm not saying after all his dad had done to their family, and the loss of his best friend Levi in college weren't reasons to protect himself. I just felt like he held on to the past so much so he almost missed out on an amazing future. Spending time with so many members of Jason's family made me super happy with this story as well. The Dare family, with the exception of Robert Dare, are some of my favorite characters every from Carly Phillips, and I loved seeing not only Jason's siblings, but some of his cousins as well. I had all the feels from reconnecting with so many of my favorite characters in this story! Sexy Dare was an amazing start to a new series from Carly Phillips. I'm already totally in love with this series and can't wait to see both Tanner and Landon each get their own stories. I highly recommend this book and series to romance book lovers! Another winner!

I really enjoyed this story of Jason and Faith, since I read it in one day. I liked that they didn’t keep things to themselves on the pretext of “protecting” the other person. That’s not saying that everything is laid right out there (like feelings, background) but their expectations of each other and their circumstances are pretty much up front. Until, of course, when feelings started to run deeper. Another winner from Ms Phillips, can’t wait for the rest of the series!

Carly does it AGAIN! (But that is no surprise!). I love how Carly really draw you in with just a couple pages and next thing you know, you’ve lost hours and have a new book boyfriend LOL. Jason Dare has had a tragedy happen to him and is friends. They start Club TEN29 in his honor. He doesn’t allow anyone too close. Faith is hiding from her brother. They meet when he helps her change a tire. The chemistry and fireworks are instantaneous. I love you get to see / hear from other Dare family members. This book has suspense, heat, laughs, some sadness but she always brings it to a perfect happy ever after. I love the sexy alpha protectiveness that happens. Strong characters, family both by blood and choice, along with the expected super hot scenes! Another enjoyable addition to the Dare series. This is a great start to this series. I love the Dares and it was good to see Jason get his story. Faith is a firecracker and she keeps him on his toes and I love her for it. He told her a lot of his secrets, but I still think there are some he hasn't told her and I would like to see him completely open up. Were Faith's problems completely solved? Hard to tell. Yes, they are temporarily solved, but for how long? Maybe there's a sequel in the future. I'm looking forward to more stories in this series. I think they will somehow involve the Dares, but yet be removed with new characters. So that is a promising new twist.

Can’t get enough of the Dare family! After his past involving both friends and family, Jason has remained pretty closed off in regards to feelings or getting close to anyone in a relationship. That all comes to a halt when he stumbles upon Faith, who’s delivery van has a flat tire. Reserved and essentially on the run and in hiding from her brother, Faith is untrusting of Jason and his motives, but eventually lets him help her. And as Faith’s safety keeps running out, Jason finally steps in, although a new friendship/relationship, to help protect her and keep her safe even though they’ve just met and barely know each other. As the pair get to know each other and Jason keeps her safe, the return of Jason’s father in addition to his previous feelings and reservations risk the budding relationship that he has built with Faith. I loved the suspense aspect within this storyline as well as the way Faith was able to get Jason to believe in love and relationships again. Per usual, I continue to love Carly’s storylines and her style of writing and I can’t wait for the next book in this series! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Their chemistry was fantastic, and even with each of them fighting battles of their past, they overcome. It was the perfect amount of drama thrown in, and I loved catching up with the Dare family. A great read I would highly recommend

Boring. Predictable. Very little depth of character. You can skip pages and pages and not lose the story. No character development or growth. I have no idea what book these other reviewers read that has them gushing like mad but it certainly wasn’t this one.

Amazing story!

Seriously Carly Phillips gave me yet another Dare brother to fall in love with in Sexy Dare. Jason Dare is yummy and I loved him from the moment he appeared on the page. Jason Dare and his friends Tanner Grayson and Landon Bennett nightclub Club TEN29 is named in honor of their best friend Levi, who was Landon's twin brother. Jason and his partners are all broody men, and I loved seeing Jason be totally blown away when he stopped to help Faith Lancaster with a flat tire. His protective instincts went into overdrive from the moment he laid eyes on Faith. Faith is hiding in plain sight from her brother, who wants part of the money her mother left her, as he was cut off for being a drug addict. Jason immediately recognizes she needs both help and protection, but knows it has to be on her terms. I absolutely loved how strong Faith was and the fact she accepted help when she needed it. I loved the suspense aspect in this story and thought it played out well and with great pacing. The chemistry between Jason and Faith was there from the moment they first met. OMG I loved them so much together, even when Jason was all friends only...which of course he has no chance of keeping. Seriously Jason and Faith were so perfect together from the very beginning. Yes he was super broody at times and didn't want a future with anyone because past losses, but I just loved them together from the start. I have to say that Jason of all the Dare siblings was one of the toughest to let everything from his past go. I got so mad at him so many times for putting up walls to try and keep his heart protected from the one person who already loved him so much. I'm not saying after all his dad had done to their family, and the loss of his best friend Levi in college weren't reasons to protect himself. I just felt like he held on to the past so much so he almost missed out on an amazing future. Spending time with so many members of Jason's family made me super happy with this story as well. The Dare family, with the exception of Robert Dare, are some of my favorite characters every from Carly Phillips, and I loved seeing not only Jason's siblings, but some of his cousins as well. I had all the feels from reconnecting with so many of my favorite characters in this story! Sexy Dare was an amazing start to a new series from Carly Phillips. I'm already totally in love with this series and can't wait to see both Tanner and Landon each get their own stories. I highly recommend this book and series to romance book lovers! Another winner!

I really enjoyed this story of Jason and Faith, since I read it in one day. I liked that they didn’t keep things to themselves on the pretext of “protecting” the other person. That’s not saying that everything is laid right out there (like feelings, background) but their expectations of each other and their circumstances are pretty much up front. Until, of course, when feelings started to run deeper. Another winner from Ms Phillips, can’t wait for the rest of the series!

Great story of love, chemistry, growing

Carly does it AGAIN! (But that is no surprise!). I love how Carly really draw you in with just a couple pages and next thing you know, you’ve lost hours and have a new book boyfriend LOL. Jason Dare has had a tragedy happen to him and is friends. They start Club TEN29 in his honor. He doesn’t allow anyone too close. Faith is hiding from her brother. They meet when he helps her change a tire. The chemistry and fireworks are instantaneous. I love you get to see / hear from other Dare family members. This book has suspense, heat, laughs, some sadness but she always brings it to a perfect happy ever after. I love the sexy alpha protectiveness that happens. I love that when I pick up a Carly Phillips book I know I’ll never be disappointed. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Fall in love with the Dare’s ❤️

I love the Dare's and excited that we get to start the Sexy Series with Jason! I loved his background and the way this series spins off from the family we come to love. I have a feeling there is a lot of emotional feelings coming our way! Faith and Jason are a match made from the start. Their chemistry that started as a spark becomes an inferno. You will come to love and hate the way Jason beats around the bush. But then it happens. Jason puts his heart on the line and spills his secrets to Faith and it all falls into place. I loved the characters and the set up of this story. Sexy Dare is highly addicting and will have your heart beating fast!

Jason Dare is a sexy nightclub owner who has a chance meeting with Faith while she is doing her best to promote her candy business. The connection and chemistry they have is immediate. Acting on it is not in Faith’s plan and Jason realizes she is not a one night stand lady. Danger from Faith’s drug addict brother brings out Jason’s protective instincts. While he is protecting her they both realize there is something more to their connection. Jason’s past caused thick walls around his heart, at least he thinks it has. The love he shows for his family and close friends shoes how deeply he is able to feel and love. The right woman could change that, but Faith doesn’t think she is that woman. Strong characters, family both by blood and choice, along with the expected super hot scenes! Another enjoyable addition to the Dare series. Sexy meets firecracker

This is a great start to this series. I love the Dares and it was good to see Jason get his story. Faith is a firecracker and she keeps him on his toes and I love her for it. He told her a lot of his secrets, but I still think there are some he hasn't told her and I would like to see him completely open up. Were Faith's problems completely solved? Hard to tell. Yes, they are temporarily solved, but for how long? Maybe there's a sequel in the future. I'm looking forward to more stories in this series. I think they will somehow involve the Dares, but yet be removed with new characters. So that is a promising new twist.

Can’t get enough of the Dare family!

Can’t get enough of the Dare family! After his past involving both friends and family, Jason has remained pretty closed off in regards to feelings or getting close to anyone in a relationship. That all comes to a halt when he stumbles upon Faith, who’s delivery van has a flat tire. Reserved and essentially on the run and in hiding from her brother, Faith is untrusting of Jason and his motives, but eventually lets him help her. And as Faith’s safety keeps running out, Jason finally steps in, although a new friendship/relationship, to help protect her and keep her safe even though they’ve just met and barely know each other. As the pair get to know each other and Jason keeps her safe, the return of Jason’s father in addition to his previous feelings and reservations risk the budding relationship that he has built with Faith. I loved the suspense aspect within this storyline as well as the way Faith was able to get Jason to believe in love and relationships again. Per usual, I continue to love Carly’s storylines and her style of writing and I can’t wait for the next book in this series! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Jason was worth the wait!

This is book one in the Sexy series and it features Jason Dare and Faith Lancaster. He changed a flat tire for a stranger and then couldn’t get her out of his head. When he meets up with her again and realizes someone is deliberately trying to hurt her, he steps in to protect her. The chemistry was there from the start. I love how easy they fell into step with each other. Jason is just so stuck in the past and his own ideals that he doesn’t see what’s right in front of him. I love re-visiting so many of the Dare siblings. The thread with Savannah and Robert was shocking and unexpected! The high point with Colton was over too easy and way too fast. As big a deal as the whole Charlotte thread was made out to be, when it happened, it was over before you could blink and was disappointing. Despite these couple things, this was still a fabulous read and I can’t wait for the next book in this series.

I absolutely loved this book and couldn’t stop reading. I didn’t expect to cry but did several times. My heart ached for Jason Dare as he’s afraid to open up his heart to anyone else. But he’s instantly attracted to Faith and finds himself overly protective. Can he keep her safe? Loved staying on edge. Can she really leave him once she’s safe? Will he ever want kids? I really loved the ending and had some happy tears. I voluntarily read an advanced readers copy and I highly recommend this book.

Jason Dare is determine to live the bachelor life that is until he stops to help Faith change her flat tire. Immediately Jason felt the urge to take care of and protect Faith. After her tire slashed and her store vandalized, Jason was determined to keep Faith safe while still keeping his heart locked up tight. In love with this series already!

I absolutely loved this book and it's sexy hero Jason Dare! This is a fantastic start to a new series that still includes a lot of characters we already know and love. We've certainly heard about Jason (Jase) but he is definitely now a favorite of mine for sure after getting to know him. He is totally swoonworthy. Gorgeous, protective and so tortured by his past that he doesn't think he can ever have what so many in his own family have come to find, real everlasting love. Jason and his his two best friends, Landon and Tanner own Club TEN29. The reason they chose this name is really special. Faith is the owner of Sweet Treats, a candy store, which makes Jason's nicknames for her that much more adorable. Faith is on the run, but from whom is what will shock you. A chance meeting with Jase, obvious chemistry and a quick connection and soon he decides she is his to protect. Only he doesn't think he can keep her once the danger is over. But can he? Loved their story from beginning to end! Can't wait for Tanner's book next!

Jason is the epitome of alpha male.  He is handsome, he is a take-charge kind of guy and he sees a woman in need in Faith.  But he has scars of his own and he doesn't want the feels that comes with knowing and wanting Faith. I always enjoy reading Ms. Phillips stories and this is no exception!

Sweetness

This is a great read and new series, but with a Dare man. I love the dares and this book did not disappoint. Jason and Faith are a great couple that you can’t help but root for. Getting to see some of the dare family in these reads is always great. I can’t wait to read the next few books in this series because Carly Phillips never disappoints. This was pure sweetness.
